MariaCare CRM is the WordPress plugin behind pay-per-customer advertising. It unifies Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Salesforce Leads into one attribution record — installed and managed by MariaCare on your site during onboarding.
What It Connects
Your team keeps working in Google and Salesforce. MariaCare CRM runs inside the WordPress admin you already have — no third login to adopt.
Campaign costs, ad groups, and click data — matched to the CRM leads each campaign produced, with per-campaign verdicts: profitable, break-even, or overpriced against actual lead value.
GA4 sessions and traffic sources, judged by the quality of leads they produce — not just their volume — with concrete what-to-do-next actions per source.
Your Salesforce stays the source of truth. Leads sync into the plugin deduplicated by email and phone, and a customer counts only at your qualifying stage — typically closed-won.

What It Measures
Every campaign’s cost per lead is judged against the value of the leads it actually produced — with recommended copy rewrites, location exclusions, and budget moves.
A six-stage pipeline view — New through Customer — showing where leads stall and which sources survive deepest into your funnel.
For each ranked lead: how to reach out — call, text, or email — informed by the Google Ads and Analytics context the lead arrived with.
The moment a lead reaches your qualifying Salesforce stage it is stamped as a confirmed customer — date, campaign credit, and Salesforce record ID frozen at conversion. Your invoice is built from the same Salesforce-confirmed list, so the funnel and the bill always agree.
Attribution & Scoring
Because MariaCare is paid per customer, scoring exists for one reason: concentrate spend where customers actually come from. Everything below runs in production today.
Daily campaign click series — synced hourly from the Google Ads API — are correlated with the Salesforce Created Date of every converting lead. Campaign credit comes from when leads actually arrived; self-reported source fields are recorded but never trusted.
Every open lead is scored and ranked by who needs attention soonest — lead age, funnel stage, upcoming tours, overdue follow-ups — with a plain-English reason and a recommended call, text, or email next step.
Each campaign is judged Profitable, Break-even, or Overpriced by its true CRM cost per lead against the value of the leads it produced — with concrete budget, copy, and location moves attached.
Why this matters to your bill: attribution decides where your ad budget goes. Campaigns that produce confirmed customers get more of it; campaigns that produce clicks get less. Since MariaCare only earns on confirmed customers, the attribution engine and your invoice are optimizing the same number.
MariaCare CRM is not a self-serve product. We install it on your WordPress site during onboarding, connect it to your Salesforce and Google accounts, and operate it for you — including the WordPress application and server security hardening it ships with. If you don’t have WordPress, we stand up an auxiliary site in minutes.
The plugin that counts your customers and assigns campaign credit is open source (GPL-2.0). Every release is published with SHA-256 checksums, so you — or your developer — can read exactly how leads are scored and conversions are attributed.
