No retainers. No setup fee. No minimums. You pay a percentage of your Agreed Customer Value for each customer created — 5% if you pay the ad spend, 10% if MariaCare pays it.
The Model
One formula, set at onboarding, written into the agreement, reviewed quarterly.
Google bills your card, in your own Ads account, at a budget you control. MariaCare’s only revenue is the 5% fee per customer created.
MariaCare funds the Google Ads out of its own pocket and carries the risk of unproductive spend. You pay nothing until a customer exists — your only marketing cost is the 10% fee.
The arrangement is chosen per client at onboarding, in writing. Either way, the fee exists only when a customer does.
Your Numbers
Monthly cost = that number × customers created. Nothing else.
Worked Example
A business whose average new customer is worth $10,000, paying its own ad spend (5% → $500 per customer).
Every line on each invoice names the Salesforce record it bills for.

Questions
A fee per customer created: 5% of your Agreed Customer Value if you pay the Google Ads spend, or 10% if MariaCare pays it. No retainers, no setup fees, no minimums of any kind.
A single dollar figure we agree on at onboarding, based on your financials — your average first-year revenue per customer, adjusted for margin. It's written into the service agreement and reviewed quarterly so the fee always tracks what a customer is actually worth to you.
A billable customer is a lead in your own Salesforce whose Lifecycle Stage reads Customer — net-new, deduplicated, never billed twice (enforced at the database level), with its ad attribution stored at conversion. Every invoice line links to the record it bills for, and you can dispute any line before the invoice is finalized.
You get a $0 invoice. There's no minimum fee, no minimum term, and you can leave at any time.
Your choice at onboarding: you pay Google directly in your own account (5% tier), or MariaCare carries the spend (10% tier).
Agreements can include a retention window — for example 30 days. A customer who leaves within the window is never billed: not billed-then-refunded, the fee simply never exists. One who stays past the window is billable.
We compare the agreed value against your actual customer revenue. If your average customer became more or less valuable, the ACV — and therefore the fee — moves with it, in writing, before the next quarter.
Pay-Per-Customer Advertising
5% of your Agreed Customer Value per customer when you pay ad spend, 10% when MariaCare pays it — confirmed in your own Salesforce, invoiced monthly with every line traceable to a record. No retainers, no minimums.
Per customer created — 5% when you pay ad spend, 10% when we do. Agreed at onboarding from your financials, reviewed quarterly. No retainers, no minimums.
A customer counts only when its Lifecycle Stage reads Customer in your Salesforce — deduplicated, attributed, and auditable on every invoice line.
